Our 2021 Tempranillo is one of the most detailed, structured Tempranillo’s our estate vineyard has ever produced. The classic Tempranillo varietal character notes of sandalwood, pepper spice, sage, and leather pair nicely with the deep notes of blueberry and cherry fruit while ample, fine-grained tannins grip the palate through the very long finish. This wine is remarkably approachable now, but will reward a short cellaring period. We suggest roasted lamb chops marinated with garlic, lemon, rosemary, thyme, coriander, and shallot (Cordero asado). Drink now through 2029.
