Our Estate Reserve Chardonnay is composed of Chardonnay clones 17, 72, and 95 and they contribute unmistakable traits. Clone 17 brings citrus peel, wet slate minerality, and hints of nutmeg spice; clone 72 fills the noes and palate with concentrated ripe pear and yellow peach fruit and pineapple brûlée, clone 95 adds perfume and clover honey. This wine ranks highly on our hedonism scale - we love how deftly it Is own, but we think it is equally at home with savory blue cheese souffle and prosciutto chips. Enjoy 2023-2028.
