Our estate vineyard is proving to be a source of very detailed, refined Pinot noir. In 2019 we saw excellent late season development in the Pinot and were fortunate to produce a wine with finely nuanced aromas of ripe black raspberry, purple plum, violet, and sandalwood. On the palate supple notes of candied pomegranate, red licorice, cedar shavings, and cranberry chutney are brought together by a hint of chai tea. This is an ethereal wine that changes noticeably once open and brings plank-smoked salmon with caper-dill relish and summer squash to life. Enjoy now through 2025.
